Marianne Scanlon

Marianne Scanlon (Nee McKerns), age 86, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 23, 2026. Loving wife of 53 years to the late John “Jack”. Devoted mom of 63 years to John Scanlon, Mark Scanlon (Kathleen) and Judy Gaffney (Rob). Dear Nana of Emily Uhrich, Kennedy Scanlon, Jack Scanlon (fiance Italia Morton) Joseph Scanlon and Alexis Gaffney. Sister of the late Alice Sakusky. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation and funeral Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 9:30am-11am at the Church of St. William, 6200 Rising Sun Ave., Phila., PA 19111. Her funeral mass will begin at 11am. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marianne's memory to the Church of St. William, at the above address, would be appreciated by her family.
