Thomas, on October 25, 2021. Loving husband of Dorothy Rice (nee Oxiline). Father of Thomas Rice Jr, Debbie Marcelis and Donna Segelski. Relatives and friends are invited to pay respects Tuesday, November 2, 10:00 AM at NULTY FUNERAL HOME (our new location, 2614 Orthodox Street, Philadelphia, PA 19137) Prayer service will commence at 11:00 AM.
